Is it impossible to record with HEVC while streaming?

Streaming encoder is x264 and recording encoder is hevc_nvenc
Is there no problem to record without streaming
I can't do streaming and recording at the same time (but x264 and h264 is no problem with streaming and recording at the same time)
Please help me
