Question / Help Is "H264 Encoder (AMD AMF)" using VCE from the GPU?

I'm trying to figure out if OBS has VCE support, only thing I could find was this thread but seems to be outdated and for the classic version.

So, I only see two options x264 (which is software encoding) and H264 Encoder (AMD Advanced Media Framework)

My question is: Does AMF use VCE?
If not, then studio doesn't have VCE support?
