Is an internal latency of ~1 sec from source to stream for obs?

Hello,

I am trying to see if I can improve the glass to glass latency of my stream using SRT
Test 1 Encoder to iphone on Lan 60ms
Test 2 Encoder to Nimble streamer to iphone on lan 60ms
Test 3 Encoder to Nimble streamer to OBS on computer screen over lan 70ms
Test 4 Encoder to Nimble streamer to OBS streaming with NVENC set to low latency ~1sec+
Tried various settings and there might be a difference but it seems like internal latency is over 1 sec

Hardware 16core TR RTX 4000

Can someone test and let me know what they find? You can use a browser source with a timer and stream to Larix or playpro app
