Is an i3 5005u laptop good enough to stream gameplay from ps4 to twitch?

I am looking to start streaming on twitch but i don't know if my laptop is good enough to do so because it is very old. As you can see in the title it has an i3 5005u processor so before i invest in a capture card, microphone, camera, etc. i need to know if it is possible to stream from this laptop in at least 720p or if i need to buy a new one. I only need to be able to manage the stream and obs on my laptop since i game on console.
