Question / Help is 5 megabytes upload speed too low for streaming?

I just tested my inet speed and it says i have 5 megabytes upload per second.

is this the reason why my stream is blurry no matter what settings i try?

what would u recommend? i really want to stream but ive tried hours of tweaking settings but even on 15 fps my stream looks like blurry garbage
