Question / Help iPhone video control buttons show in stream and recording

Good day. I have less than two hours before the first use of OBS to stream Mass in our local church. All is well except that all the iPhone video control buttons show up during streaming tests and recording; the Play button, Still Photo button if it's active, the timer, Video, Photo, Pano buttons, everything. How do I get rid of them so that only the actual video through the lens shows?

I'm using iPhone 11, current iOS, connected by cord, current OBS version.

Any fast help will be appreciated!

You either need an app that provides clean output over USB-- I see one on the App Store called "Shoot" but it hasn't been updated in 3 years, so no idea if it still works or not;

An app called OBS.camera that purports to do the same thing;

Or a lightning-HDMI adapter and a capture card.
