Iphone 5G and OBS

I have a question which I would love your thoughts ideas on.

What is the most efficient way to film live on a 5G iPhone and send the video back to OBS via cellular before uploading to something like UpScreen?

First of all can it be done? If so how?

Sorry I am an airline pilot trying to play with new tech.
