I am using Windows 10 and have tried to add an iOS camera source (my iPhone and iPad). I have tried connecting via USB cable and tried connecting via HDMI thru a black magic quad capture card and adapter. I have not been able to get a signal using either device or either cable option. Both the iPhone and iPad show up on the computer and are accessible through iTunes on the computer. What step am I missing? Thanks!

I am using windows 10 on both my computers and laptop but the issue is once I updated to the latest version my iPhone 8 and 11 pro camera don't show. i tried everything reinstalling the camera for obs removing obs and reinstalling still not working. please help
