IP camera delay. OBS doesn't support FFMPEG format

I have an IP camera which has almost no latency to ispy using FFMPEG format on onvi connection. When I use it from obs as a media source by rstp i has more than 1000ms delay and it is because obs doesn't support or I don't know the way to use FFMPEG format. It is laggy on vlc also or if I change the format on Ispy.
Any solution incoming for this?

okay little tip did you have try to disable the buffer ?

but no buffer can make big problems its

SURVEILLANCE CAMERA ....... SURVEILLANCE ...... NOT STREAMING

Yes, I disable the buffer.
The thing is that the camera has no delay at all using Ispy, it is only laggy when using vlc or obs so I guess that the problem comes from that
