Bug Report IP Camera CRASH

While trying to add IP Camera as source (http://ip-webcam.appspot.com/) the app simply crashes.
The device appears in the list as "MJPEG Camera" but in the momment I choose it from the list it crashes.

What crashes?
If it's OBS, post the crashlog.
