Bug Report iOS option not showing in sources

Hi I have downloaded the app, I am wanting to use my iPhone5 as camera and feed in audio with a Roland Quadcapture for live streams and recording through my laptop running windoze 10, got sound working fine, then got iOS video working fine for a while but it kept freezing. Tried to reinstall software now no iOS option at all, tried reinstalling, replacing USB leads and kerfaffling lots to no avail can anyone help please...Kindest regards Xomodo

Note that OBS Camera is 3rd party software, if you continue to have trouble with it you should contact the author as it isn't developed by the OBS Project.
