iOS Devices no longer showing up

I've updated to the latest version of OBS (27.2). I'm using a 2021 16" MacBook Pro M1 Max, 32 GB RAM (Monterey). Once I updated to the latest version of OBS I can no longer see my iOS Device (iPhone 12 Pro Max). I see the source in the list, but the camera is no longer working. I'm currently using a workaround by using my iPhone camera as an NDI source.

Another issue:
On my M1 Mac Mini (Monterey), I installed the latest version of OBS and had the same issue. I tried to uninstall 27.2 to go back to 27.1 without success. When I try to reinstall 27.1 version, it goes through the installation process but when loading the 27.2 version is still launching.

I went ahead and did this and now I can see the iOS Camera option. Although, I still experienced some issues. The iOS Camera source worked for a while but then would either freeze or disconnect. I would have to re-add a new iOS Camera Source and would have to add the camera filters again. I couldn't figure out how to recreate the issue but seems like it would happen when I would stay on one scene too long and would switch to another scene the iOS Camera source would freeze or disconnect.
