Invalid h264 sps, when using Apple VT H264 Hardware encoder.

When "Apple VT H264 Hardware encoder" is used for video encoder, vui_parameter is not sent even though vui_parameters_present_flag is set.
"x264" is using, it works well.

My system information is below.

OBS: 29.1.3
OS : MacOS Ventura 13.4.1
CPU: Apple M1 Max
H/W: MacBook pro 16-inch 2021
