Question / Help Intro Video has no Sound

I've checked this a few times. The Media Source plugin has a habit of showing sound is being made from a video but not outputting the sound to a recording or a stream?

I have checked this with multiple videos and still the same issue. Has anyone encounter this or know a work around?
