Hi. I really have a mysterious problem and don't know how to describe, but I'll try.
In short, I have bad internet connection test results and frame drops in OBS on Windows 10, better conditions on Win 7 and excellent on Ubuntu.
I send 2k video with 18k bitrate on YT (new Nvenc) and 5.5k on Twitch (x264 medium).
I have 3 PCs and 1 notebook.
PCs:
1) gaming
9900k
2080ti
Asrock gaming 4
64 gb RAM
Win 10
2) streaming
AMD 1950x
gtx1070
Asus Prime x399-a
64gb RAM
Win 10
3)
i5-4670k
gtx 760
16gb RAM
Win 10, but right now it's Win 7
My streaming PC is with 1950x.
Right now I've tried to stream via 3rd PC with gtx 760 2k 60 fps 18k bitrate Nvenc max performance preset (preset just because of 760 can't handle quality). About 2% of drops, here is the log https://obsproject.com/logs/zgjwVdGa2e51W0a7
After that, I try the same stream (the same NDI source) on AMD PC 2k 60 fps 18k bitrate Youtube on gtx1070 Nvecn Max Performance preset (it can handle and the max quality, I set it just for clear experiment) and in 2 minutes I got about 65% drops, here is the log https://obsproject.com/logs/slt5C6MF5oeAQ_Y3 and https://obsproject.com/logs/wqQpIJAArntQh2Ev just in case.
I've tried Xsplit on Win 10 - the same problem.
I went to ISP and they said like their upload channels are empty and they don't know why it happens. They also tried Ubuntu on my notebook - it's nice, made some tests and said that Win 10 cuts my upload speed on 1 channel up to 23 Mbits and my application (OBS) uses only 1 TCP thread when sending the video.
They tried to enlarge the buffer in their setting for my connection, I've tried that for 1 day - no improvements.
Also, they gave me the Inter Pro Lan card to test, but my AMD PC doesn't see it, I don't know why maybe damn Asus motherboard has broken PCIe slot. But I launched it on my old i5 with Win 7 and it shows the same 2-3% drops in the evening time.
Also, I found that most problems happen between 2-10PM. As I see I can stream nice and smooth in the night time.
But if I have drops so I have them with 18k bitrate on YT or even only with 5.5K bitrate on Twitch.
Any thought WTF is this? is it possible to fix that or my ISP is just piece of crap?
I'm f*cking losing my mind with this problem, trying to solve it for 2 weeks. Need help, guys!
