Question / Help Internet Drops When Starting Stream

Hey guys, so recently I have bought a new router due to the fact that my old one is starting to crap itself. Since then my internet has been dropping and has started to lag whenever I start the stream. It has never done this before with my old one. Also I am getting better upload speeds through this new router so I am not sure what is going on.

You do not mean you lose your internet connection completely right? "Just" the lag you mention.

Hmm, 800kbps upload is really low, and with around 600kbps bitrate for video and 112 for audio you nearly use it all. Now add Teamspeak/Discord and an online-game and you run into an upload limit pretty fast. Or having other applications open that might send data out over the internet.
Your old router might have had a better network management that did a better job using the limited upload.
