Internet Dropping or OBS Not connecting to YouTube - Log File added

Hello. This is my first post. We are losing connection for short periods. Today, in an hour we lost connection four times (e.g. 09:25:25 and 09:49:10). I can see it in the Log file but would someone mind looking at the log file and letting me know if it is a OBS to YouTube problem, a bandwidth problem, our our Internet connection dropping? Ok - doing some research.... looks like YouTube is disconnecting from OBS and it's not a problem with OBS per say - perhaps because we are losing Internet connection for very brief periods. But, also I read that HLS is much better than RMPT so going to switch to HLS and experiment plus also investigate if our Internet is dropping for very short periods every so often.
