Question / Help Internet connection spiking using OBS

Hey everyone. My internet connection keeps spiking while I am streaming using OBS. If I use any other streaming software, I can stream just fine. I can also stream just fine straight from my PS4 console as well. Just a heads up I have done the following:

-Restarted modem
-Uninstalled and re-installed OBS
-Changed settings and bitrates
-Used other streaming software other than OBS
-Restarted PC
-Closed any running programs

I can do everything else internet related just fine.

If anyone has a fix for this let me know.

Sadly you have to use OBS Classic because Studios is buggy
