So I just upgraded from a Elgato HD60s to the 4k60 Pro MK2. The 4k60 uses significantly more CPU resources than my USB one. Is this normal? I went from x264, medium preset, key interval = 2, 6000 bitrate,1080/60. To having to use veryfast preset with 60 to 70 % CPU usage | CPU peaks @ 100% at times resulting in encoding overload | ( was around 30 to 40 % before with peaks at 70 ish %). Can't figure it out, is it because the new CC is set to my monitor's refresh rate of 165 even though it's outputing 60 fps to twitch? Was having terrible tearing (the reason for the upgrade) with the HD60s in games like OW and RL but the tearing is now gone but the overall quality is less.
