We are receiving an rtmp input into OBS v 25 from a 4G encoder. It seems to be if the encoder has connectivity issues in connecting to our server, and drops in and out a few times, then the video recovers, audio input recovers (ie there are sounds bars and can preview the audio), but there is no audio in the streaming output. So far we found only an OBS restart fixes it..
