I recently reformatted my computer after upgrading a number of components. Since then I've noticed that every few minutes or so my stream will freeze (not just the webcam, but any scrolling text, etc.) and the CPU usage will momentarily spike before things then go back to normal. I'm told by the chat that the audio is unaffected.
Worth noting after I reformatted, I copied and pasted folders from the previous installation into the AppData/Roaming/OBS folder.
I've tried a ton of different things and have no idea what the problem is; keep in mind I had none of these problems before reformatting and I haven't changed any settings since then.
I'm attaching my most recent log from tonight, where it happened throughout a six or so hour stream, and also attaching some lines of text from chat that explain the issue.
