Basically, I can record games like GWYF and Dead By Daylight on Ultra with High settings on OBS fine, but CSGO and FEAR 3 always come out quite stuttery. It's quite difficult to explain it but it's like the FPS just drop DRASTICALLY every few seconds in the video but in game, everything is fine so I just assume its an OBS thing I've done.
