Intermittent DCs/Reconnects from OBS for 1st 2 hours of stream

Hello. I'm making a forum post regarding this issue as it began with a sudden onset since the month of september without any major updates.

Current OBS Version is 30.2.3

Since the month of September I have had the following process with my streams to Twitch

1. I Go live

2. Stream Immediately Disconnects and takes 30 Seconds to Reconnect

3. OBS will then disconnect and reconnect every 5-10 minutes for the first 2 hours of a broadcast

4. After roughly 2 hours, the disconnect and reconnect cycle stops.

Additional Details:

-This pattern happens no matter what day of the week it is.

-Different times of day, still causes this pattern to happen. This was tested to rule out the possibility of local internet traffic.

- Some days will be less severe than others, it may occur once or twice at the start of the stream, then not happen for the rest of the stream session. I have marked the times of day that the stream was better, and tried again at that time the next week, and once again the disconnects would happen again.

- When the disconnections occur, no other interruptions happen to my other services: My calls in Discord, Streams that I am watching, Current downloads have NO interruptions whatsoever. The disconnections are limited strictly to OBS.

Solutions I have tried based on the Wiki and Dropped Frames Page Recommended by the Analyzer

-
Changing Stream Server: No change in this pattern no matter which Twitch Server is used, i have tried 4-5 different ones available to me since september

- Reducing Bitrate from 6000 to 3000 and Dynamic Bitrate: No change in disconnect pattern.

- Network Drivers : has always been at newest version even prior to intermittent disconnects.

- I can confirm that I do not use any TCP/IP optimizations.

- Wired Connection: I use a wired connection directly into a Netgear Cable Internet Modem by Xfinity

- Reinstallng without any plugins

The errors still persist.

With all of this information in mind. Here is the Error long for my stream. I appreciate any information you can report.

One of the other solutions mentioned in the stream connection troubleshooting guide is to set your IP family to IPv4 only in settings>advanced, you may want to try that and see if it resolves this. If not, this would be something to work with your ISP directly with.

Update: I've attempted the solution suggested and today I got a crash error after two attempts to start stream today and being unable to connect to any servers.

If anyone can assess this crash error log i'd appreciate it.

its attached as a notepad file due to being too big for forum.
