Hi developers. I'd be extremely grateful if you could add support for x264 interlaced encoding using the FFMPEG recording option. I have a ton of old 1080i videos which I need to convert into the H264 format but I really want to keep them as original as possible and I think x264's interlaced...

Can someone please enable the x264 interlaced encoding option through FFMPEG? The info posted by user sq5 is very useful and hopefully it won't take too much of your time to enable the interlaced option.

Speaking of FFMPEG, if we choose Custom FFMPEG output instead of Standard, are we able to use a different FFMPEG than the one included in OBS? That would be an easy way around the problem.
