Question / Help Intense lag with obs running...

Hi! I'm trying to record/stream a Geometry Dash gameplay, but a few days ago, my game started lagging with obs running, without any sense.
My specs:
GPU: Nvidia GTX1060
CPU: i5-6600
MB: Asus z170
