Question / Help Intel Quick Sync

Hello guys, i have some questions:
First: How to make quality as in x264 encoder using Intel Quick Sync (Have processor i5 4430 with Intel HD Graphics 4600)
What profile must use for this
Second: How to enable Intel Graphics card without connecting Second monitor to Motherboard ? I want use Intel Graphics card for encoding , but when i disconnect Cabel from motherboard, Intel GC just don't displaing in my system.

i already read post about second problem , but i can't understand , how to enable iGPU without connecting monitor to motherboard video Output

Maybe by forcing Try to connect anyway and then Extend desktop? (each time clicking apply). Not sure, is it still works or not...
