Question / Help Intel i7 but stream just doesnt want to work

So i have an i7 laptop and was trying to stream world of warships on twitch. With about 0.2fps i gave up and watched a video of someone on an i3 being able to stream complex games similar to world of warships. what the hell am i doing wrong

If you have "x264" selected as your stream encoder (settings > output tab > encoder) try and switch that to "quicksync".
