Intel ARC mobile GPU AV1 Streaming Support

As an end user I would like the ability to use my Intel Arc a370m mobile GPU to be used for AV1 streaming similarly to the desktop counterparts for Intel Arc, NVIDIA, and AMD. Currently OBS for Intel Arc mobile GPU only supports AV1 recording.

Wanted to add this picture as well too my other picture didn't display the issue so well on the stream settings. These are the only options. The recording tab has way more options for the mobile gpu.

if I recall correctly from other discussions, the Output->Streaming tab options will be limited in part by your Stream target. ie, if Streaming platform does NOT support AV1, it won't show up in the Output streaming options.. then again, my guess could have nothing to do with your issue.
