Question / Help Integrated Camera not turning on then worked later?

Hello, I'm not sure if this is my laptop's fault or OBS Studio's fault but for some reason my integrated laptop wasn't working this morning. I'm preparing for an 8-hour live stream at an event next week and am trying to setup my laptop to stream with OBS Studio. I was able to successfully run an 8-hour live stream at 720p yesterday on my laptop. So I wanted to test 1080p this morning while I was at work. However, for some reason my integrated camera wasn't turning on. I went into the OBS Studio settings, restarted the program, and restarted my laptop but sadly the webcam still wouldn't work. So I gave up and headed to work, but when I came home, my webcam was suddenly working again and I was able to live stream just fine. Has this happened to anyone else? I hope I can figure out what the problem was this morning so that I don't run into that problem again when plugging in a video camera into my laptop at the event next week. Thank you for your time.

Do you have any AV or similar software that could be intercepting OBS's attempts at using the camera? It looks like something is either using the device itself or preventing OBS from using it.

I don't think I have any software on this computer that could be interfering with my webcam. When I was having trouble this morning, their was no light on my webcam at all meaning that it wouldn't turn on, so I don't think any other software could have been using it at the time?
