Integrate Sign Language interpreter stream into OBS streaming for Teams - is it possible?

Hi all,

We use MS Teams for live events, Town Halls etc.
There is a requirement to incorporate Sign Language interpreter stream as Live captions are not satisfactory solution.
MS Teams currently does not support more than one streams to achieve that so our needed colleagues can benefit from live events as well.

I was wandering whether we can use OSB to add BSL / ASL into the main event and then stream the event through Teams?
There is not much info on BSL / ASL integration in live streaming events - certainly not for MS Teams...

Any Ideas?
