Trying to stream from Mackie ProFX12v3 12-Channel, three mics, two keyboards, and one digital drum set. Only mics are heard on stream. The instruments are heard on the stream through the speaker, but direct like mics are. What am I doing wrong? Pretty sure set up from the mixture is correct, because I am get the mics.

Without digging in to manuals, I'd guess that OBS is only seeing the first 2 channels of your mixer. It doesn't handle multi-channel interfaces. You may be able to configure the mixer as a 2 channel device, sending the mixed output instead of all the individual channels.
