Question / Help Instructional video for web-based app

Hi,
I want make sure OBS can handle my use case. I want to create a library of instructional videos for an app. The app is in the cloud so I would use my web browser to go through usage and speak to the clicking I am doing on the screen. Can OBS do this and if so is there a tutorial?
