Instant cash on startup

This happens when I attempt to boot up OBS. I tried restarting the OS as well as uninstalling and reinstalling and the same issue occurs.

Any help would be appreciated. I'm looking to get the AVerMedia live but I want to make sure the instant crashing issue can be resolved.
