Ive come to this issue after using SLOBS and having my camera and el gato shutting off when switching scenes or going into their properties while using SLOBS. I wanted to test out this problem on OBS and came across this error and found out that other people have had this issue but I cannot find a solution. Ive rebooted and made sure its not running at start. I have no idea what to do and I cannot delete OBS64 in the file location because it also says it is open.
