Installation to macOS Sierra Version 12.12.6

Hi, I am new to OBS and I am trying to get started. However, my macOS Sierra is Version 12.12.6.
Question: Does this stop me from being able to install OBS on my computer?
When I press Download macOS on the Home page, nothing is happening, is this due to the requirement on the home page stating macOS 10.13+.
Or can I still install an older version of OBS?
I welcome any support from the community.

Sorry guys my bad, the version is Sierra 10.12.6 and not 12.12.6 as previously mentioned. Homework and detention I think. :)
