Bug Report Installation issues upgrading to Studio 0.16.0

I've run into a possible bug while installing OBS Studio 0.16.0, upgrading from Studio 0.15.4 with Browser installer. The full install log is at https://gist.github.com/laneatomic/bad782713fc76d4ac5efc9e85bcb6f7c. As noted in the log, it cannot write the ffmpeg-mux32.exe plugin to obs-plugins\obs-ffmpeg. Note, this is on Windows 10. during installation. Running the installation with administrator privileges does not help. Additionally, when cancelling the error that occurs, the installation hangs on 'Installation Aborted.' It can be cancelled without issue from there.

A full reboot was able to resolve this issue, so I'm not sure if this was just some resource contention on my part, but it may be a valid issue when upgrading from a freshly closed version of OBS Studio.
