Must not have included this file. Has several Err, GPG error, and fail to fetch.

Yes? So, I have an obs-studio folder. But in my Menu option, there's nothing for Open Broadcast. Where's OBS that I can run?

I don't run Debian (or any of it's derivatives), so I can't say much more then that it appears that the PPA is empty right now. Why? I'm not sure.

That said, I have sent a message to the PPA maintainer and hopefully we'll hear back soon.

All the errors in your screenshot are coming from other package sources that you added or that are in your distribution.
Have you tried actually installing OBS with
sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get install obs-studio

Because the OBS PPA got added without any errors.

I can't really help you with sorting out your sources.

PS: Ideally paste (not screenshot) everything including you actually executing the command to install obs.
