Question / Help Install throwing error for bicubic_scale.effect

I've already tried restarting my machine and beginning the install again. Same problem.
Any suggestions? I'm on a managed work computer if it matters.

Maybe file is in use. Make sure that "obs64.exe" or "obs32.exe" process is not running on the PC during installation.

Can you delete the file (mentioned in the error warning) manually and then run install again?
