Install problems

keep getting same error message. I cannot include a log file as I cannot get it to 'run' I download the ndi plugin for 4.9.0 - windows installer as well

"failed to initialise video. Your GPU may not be supported, or your graphic drivers need updating"

I checked for updates on graphic drivers, they all seem fine. So no idea how to rectify this issue.
