Install OBS Studio with generic settings for all users

Hello,

Is there a way to install OBS that only needs to be installed and setup once for all users?

There are threads (from 2-3 years ago) that went into this
My understanding is Short answer is that by default OBS settings are per User profile. I'm not aware of an OBS setting to change that.
However, with an understanding of the Operating System, there are numerous options to have different user logins still have the same OBS settings (see prior threads on this, Pro's & Con's of different approaches, etc).
