Install move-transition plugin on obs studio for ubuntu

Hello

If I try to copy folder move-transition in Home /
HOME / .config / obs-studio / plugins
it refuses to create the directory or says that the link does not exist.

if I look for where the plugins directory is, I find it at
/ usr / share / obs / obs-plugins /
but it refuses to copy the directory with the cp -r command because the permission is not granted.
I find it weird since I didn't have this problem with other plugins.
if anyone has a solution, I'm in for it.

I find : the folder .config/ is hidden by default.

.config suppose to be hidden to the novice users.
