Instagram live does just not start with Yellow duck key

Hi

I have now tried the same on both my Dell Laptop and my INTEL NUC computer and when I add the stream link and kay to OBS from Yellow Duck and start the streaming everything looks corret in Yellow Duck but the live stream on Instagram does just not start. I did a screen recording of my setup of OBS and Yellow Duck and show how everything looks ok but also I show how nothing shows up on my Instagram account and also on my Instagram app on my phone I can see that no live stream has started. Can anybody see fro this screen shot video if I'm doing anything wrong? :

You should contact Yellow Duck support.

They have no support as far as I can see from their page. Only a FAQ where it does not tell me how to solve the problem..
