Ok first of all I have no clue how any of this works so what I may ask may make no sense(disclaimer)

When locally recording, is it possible to playback the recording LIVE in the same system? For example game is running and being recorded on one half of the screen and the other half is playing back the same recording simultaneously?

In a way, what I mean to ask is, is it possible to livestream, offline, to myself?

The reason I ask is, and this might sound crazy, but theres this software called SVP which is a realtime framerate converter. I want livestream the game to myself(preferably offline) and convert its framerate using SVP(also done realtime).

Are you talking about previewing your video as you're recording your video? And I'm not sure what you mean by live-streaming offline, as that sounds like you either want to livestream (but private so only you can see it, (but would still be online)) or you want to locally record while still being able to 1. preview your screen in OBS, while also 2. playing the game on your regular screen.

I'm just trying to clarify here.

As for the SVP, I can't help with that.

Yes I want to preview my video as Im recording it, however I also want the ability to edit it in realtime, so I want the preview stream to be played in a standard video player like MPC HC or WMP.

Would that be possible?
