Question / Help Insane FPS drops and stuttering

Okay here's the thing:I've been using OBS Studio for the past few months to record/casually stream and it was working perfectly until yesterday.I hadn't been recording/streaming for a few days,I opened it and all the sudden my League FPS dropped to 60-70 (from fixed 144) and the game started stuttering as all hell.I tried setting the game to borderless, using both the 264 and the NVENC codes at different bitrates but nothing helped.(Un)fortunately my PC had other issues and needed a fresh reinstall and by fresh I mean full format so I formated everything and installed the latest stable version of Windows 10 .Everything went fine all drivers were in place and games were running smoothly.I open up OBS Studio just to see the same issue as before.I have a 6700k +GTX 1080 and 16GB of RAM so I'm pretty sure hardware isn't the issue here. The only thing that has change since the last time I've used the software are the new Nvidia drivers but I even tried reverting to the previous version with a clean install and it still didn't help. The thing is that League starts lagging the moment I open OBS even if I am not recording.I've attached some log files.
Ah and lastly I've tried recording/streaming with shadowplay and everything was working fine.
