Question / Help Insane Delay after switching to Studio

Hi :)

i recently switch to OBS Studio from normal OBS since i wanted to use the Nightdev Follower Alert plug-in, and now i'm having insane delay . i'm talking about 15 minute delay .

it is impossible to hold a conversation or answer questions for people who write on the chat .

i tried the reduce delay option in twitch and nothing happened .

i need help ASAP .

You have massive connection problems to Twitch resulting in huge dropped frames and stalling. Try different servers or see https://obsproject.com/forum/threads/dropped-frames-disconnecting-lag-read-this-first.8870/

ok so i took the test and for some reason the quality in EU servers is 0 :/

Also tonight the stream didn't have much delay . less than a minute .

i'll change the server to frankfurt anyway and i'll post a log tomorrow and see if it changes anything
