Inquire about Streaming and Recording at the same time

I want Streaming and Recording at the same time.

I would like Streaming using H264 encoder and Recording using X264.

But when looking in Settings in Tab Recording, there is no setting for Encoder, only in Tab Streaming

So I'm curious and want to ask, if Streaming and Recording are done at the same time, will it use the value in Setup in the Streaming tab only?

There is always a setting for an encoder, in the streaming tab as well as in the recording tab. If you set the recording encoder to "(use stream encoder)" recordings re-use the data from the stream encoder and inherits all encoder settings, otherwise it creates its own encoder session with its own settings.
