Input Video Flickering or the playback is not smooth in Recorded Output

Hi Am facing an issue. I was trying to make a project presentation. So there is a slideshow setup in a different scene with myself presenting at the front. Before recording I can see my video clearly and smooth movements as well. but after recording the recorded output is like freezing movements or stop movements. Not at all smooth
My input resolution is 1080p.

Please help me to solve this issue.
