Input overlay only works if OBS is the active window.

Hello friends, I've been having a very strange problem for about a month.
Overlays that show joystick or arcade inputs simply only work when OBS is the active window.
When I return to the game, it stops working.
One of the ones I use is provided by this website: https://beta.gamepadviewer.com or https://gamepadviewer.com/#
The other is a local HTML that I downloaded from the OBS website itself:

Has anyone else experienced this?
I'd like some help!

So searching around i found a fix. In the shortcut settings just add --disable-features=EnableWindowsGamingInputDataFetcher to the shortcut Start in parameter and it will work again.

I already use a parameter to use portable in this case -p

So can I add this parameter without any problems?

I noticed that when I change the scene collection, obs gives an error
