Question / Help Input/Output Audio

Hi guys I'm new to OBS and streaming and I'm using OBS Studio, when I add in sources I'm doing input for my mic and 2 outputs 1 for my ingame music and the other for my discord group so my teammates voices appear on my stream, what is the best volumes I forgot whats it actually called but the bar is all the way to the right and under it says 0.0

I find that as long as the mic as the higher volume is best. If you speak normally and see where it usually peaks, then you can drag your other volume bars down to that peak level or below to get the preferred volumes for your viewers

My mic is at 0.0, and my Desktop audio is at -9.7
