Question / Help Input Lag

Hi there ! During the video recording I have Input Lag on the monitor, these delays are very much in the way. Need your help guys
[RTX2080, I7 8700K, 16GB RAM, 1TB HDD, 240HZ ALIENWARE MONITOR]
